Abstract
A discussion about the process-based management is presented. Process management focuses on five activities that promote long-term value creation for the organization. These five activities include: promoting a process-based culture; managing end-to-end business processes; understanding and meeting customer expectations; integrating diverse initiatives into a process-oriented approach and linking incentive and compensation to process performance.
