The APC is payable only after a manuscript has successfully completed the editorial and peer-review process and has been formally accepted for publication. Submission of a manuscript does not require payment of the APC.

The Article Processing Charge supports the costs associated with:

• Peer-review administration
• Copyediting and production
• Online publication and article hosting
• Digital archiving and maintenance
• Journal website and publishing infrastructure
• Long-term accessibility of published content

3. No Guarantee of Acceptance

Payment of an APC is not required for submission and does not influence editorial decisions. Manuscripts are evaluated solely on the basis of their academic quality, originality, relevance, and compliance with the journal's editorial and ethical standards.

4. Refund Policy

Once an article has been accepted and the publication process has commenced, the APC is generally non-refundable. Any exceptional refund request will be considered by the Editorial Office on a case-by-case basis.
