Mapping the balanced scorecard to the baldrige and president's quality award criteria

Abstract

The balanced scorecard methodology, the Baldridge award criteria and the government sector's President's Quality Award (PQA) program were analyzed to provide a single management system. Balanced scorecard is used for achieving the results demanded by Baldridge and PQA criteria. Organizations can establish the way in which value is added to business processes by focusing objectives and measures on targeted customer expectations.
