Abstract
A case history of the Housing Authority (HA) of Fiji was analyzed using balanced scorecard (BSC) methodology. The BSC methodology is designed to provide employees with the vision of strategic management and organizational alignment. The BSC enabled HA to achieve its goals of providing low-to-middle-income families with affordable and acceptable houses and building plots along with timely and cost-effective loan financing.
