Finding the controlling simplicities to simplify and improve cost management
William Christopher
Abstract
The article discusses how finding and using controlling simplicities can be the key to effective cost management. A different model of cost management based on controlling simplicities is described. Cost management simplifies into two fundamentals - an obsessive commitment to value created in relation to fixed costs, and an obsessive commitment to process management and continuous improvement.
