Competitive advantage for integrated vertical value chains

Abstract

The importance of the vertical networks, to improve the value chains of the companies was analyzed. Driven partly by Internet's transactional speed for data exchange and multiple communication interactions these networks reduce costs, increases revenue, and improve agility. The appropriate risk management of the value chain that must ensure high quality and timeliness of the production flow for the entire network are also elaborated.
